All payments made to Passport Valid are non-refundable.

Shared Rooms

If you are booked in a shared room and your roommate cancels:

  • The canceling guest’s deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited.
  • Any payments made beyond the deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of the room.
  • The remaining guest(s) are responsible for the full room balance if a replacement roommate is not secured.

Cancellation and Replacement

If you are unable to attend, you must notify Passport Valid in writing at passportvalidcs@gmail.com.

Guests may find a replacement traveler to take over their reservation. Any reimbursement of payments will be handled directly between the original guest and the replacement guest. Passport Valid does not facilitate or guarantee reimbursement between parties.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, missed flights, or changes in travel plans.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

By submitting any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.


Payment Plans:

Passport Valid offers flexible payment plans to make our travel packages more accessible. The payment schedule will vary depending on the package selected and how far in advance the initial payment is made.

Upon selecting a package, your travel agent or coordinator will provide you with a detailed payment schedule tailored to your chosen plan. This schedule will outline the due dates and amounts for each installment. Additionally, you will receive invoices as payments are processed, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the payment process.

Please note that all payment plans are subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule may result in the cancellation of your package, subject to our non-refundable policy.


Flight Delays & Cancellations:

In the event of significant flight delays or cancellations that cause you to miss one or more days of your trip, Passport Valid will issue a credit for the unused portion of your stay.

This credit may be used to extend your stay, subject to hotel availability, or for a later date within one (1) year of the original travel dates.

To qualify for this credit, guests must provide official documentation from the airline confirming the delay or cancellation.

We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple.

  • Credit Card Payments: All credit and debit card payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.
  • App-Based Payments: If you choose to pay using Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App, those transactions are handled entirely through those platforms. We do not store or process any of your payment information from those apps.
  • Cookies: Our website may use basic cookies to ensure the shopping cart and checkout system function properly.
  • Data Use: We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
